Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of purchase or delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale, customized products, and items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for incorrect sizes, defective items, or wrong products delivered, subject to availability.

Refunds

Once returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
